Principal Quartet
Four of our principal members in a standard setup of
2 trumpets, french horn & trombone or 2 trumpets & 2 trombones.
This is an ideal ensemble for liturgical feasts and special church events.
Percussion is also a popular addition.

2 trumpets, french horn, trombone, & tuba.
The same versatile programming as the full orchestra.

Fanfare Trumpets
Any combination of trumpets doing fanfares for
concerts, major corporate events, or private affairs.
Our Fanfare Trumpets have heralded for the likes of Barbara Walters,
Steve Martin, Tom Brokaw, Roz Abrams, and even Smokey the Bear.

Full Brass Orchestra

This is the centerpiece of our performing ensembles and our premiere concert experience. The 28 member full brass orchestra features 25 of New York's leading brass instrumentalists ranging from 10 brilliant cornets to 4 resonant tubas, and 3 percussionists.

Our versatile concert repertoire includes:

Symphonic works from orchestral greats such as Strauss, Shostakovich, Copland and Elgar
Traditional British and American festive brass band arrangements
Original compositions and arrangements written specifically for GBO
Jazz styles from composers like Duke Ellington, Dave Brubeck, Bob James and more

GBO is an ideal accompaniment for major guest artists both vocal and instrumental. Programs can be designed for your specific concert or event. With our members being accustomed to playing with the top ensembles and acts in the music & entertainment business, Gramercy Brass Orchestra is at home in all styles of musical interpretation.

Smooth and Soulful Jazz
From our own jazz duo, Priorden Project, and up to a full swingin’ big band.
We have the players to provide you the right touch for a concert or soothing sounds
for a cocktail reception. A trio of cornet, piano, and bass is one of our most popular choices.
